Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik pemberian upah kepada makelar yang terjadi di show room bela mobil magelang dan menurut kaidah fiqhiyyah. termasuk kedalam penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kulitatif deskriptif. Data-datanya didapatkan dari penjual ada magelang, dengan cara observasi langsung ke wawancara sana. Dari hasil dilakukan peneliti maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya pembeli karena meminta mencarikan mobil. Jika ditinjau dalam fiqhiyyah hal diperbolehkan, mendapatkan manfaat tidak kalah banyaknya pembeli. Sehingga berhak maupun
